Repeaters near me

Share your location and jump straight to the repeaters in your area: how many there are, in which modes and bands. Frequencies, tones and directions are in the free HamQRG app, which works offline.

Counts from the HamQRG database as of October 17, 2026.

Your position is used in this browser only to pick the nearest area. It is never sent to us.

How to find a repeater you can work

  1. Find your area

Use your location or pick your country and region: each page shows how many repeaters there are and in which modes and bands.

  2. Check mode and band

An analog FM handheld on 2 m and 70 cm works most repeaters; DMR, C4FM and D-STAR need a radio for that mode.

  3. Get frequency and tone

Open the area in HamQRG: the map shows every station around you with its frequency, shift and access tone, even with no signal.

  • See who reaches it
Coverage map built from the positions other operators have accessed it from.
  • Be told when it opens
